In a crowded marketplace first impressions are key, and people like to see who they will be working with. If you have gaps in your ‘Meet The Team’ page, or inconsistent, old or poor quality headshots this doesn’t give a good first impression.

I help companies of all sizes to showcase their team with professional headshots which are natural, relaxed and engaging.

How does it work?

I have a mobile studio which I bring to your offices – this includes professional lighting and a light-coloured backdrop, or we can use another suitable background in your offices. I take a selection of shots of each person and after the shoot I send you a selection of proofs for you to choose which photos you would like to use.

My fees depend on the number of people you need photographing, so please get in touch for a quote.

What’s included?

  • Consultation: so I understand more about your company and what you are hoping to achieve by having new headshots
  • Pre-shoot guide: to ensure your team knows what to expect on the day, and tips on what to wear.
  • The shoot: a combination of direction and engagement to ensure individuals are confident and relaxed on camera
  • Fully edited images: supplied as digital files in different resolutions for web use and printed materials etc.
  • Flexibility: my shoots normally include one retouched image per person, but more are available if needed for an additional fee.

How long will it take?

I schedule my shoots depending on the number of people you need photographing, and can generally photograph up to 15-20 people in one day. I recommend 10-15 mins per person, however, the more time I have with each person, the better the selection of shots I can provide for you.

For senior executives and directors I can take a mixture of headshots, fuller length shots and feature style portraits, for use in marketing materials, annual reports etc. Obviously these require more time and are therefore subject to additional cost.
